Identified - We identified an IP issue with one of our 3rd party providers. We are working to get this issue corrected. We have seen processing already start to resume. We are continuing to work on this issue and will provide an update when everything has resumed back to normal.

Resolved - The issue resolved without technical intervention from Worldpay or CSIPay at 16:20 EDT. All Worldpay and CSIPay systems were operating normally throughout the incident. No root cause information was provided from Mastercard.

Update - MasterCard technical resources continue to work to resolve an internal issue, which is intermittently affecting credit transactions.

Update - MasterCard is experiencing an issue with their network and some transactions are receiving declines. All of CSIPay systems are up and fully functional. We will continue to monitor the situation. This MC Network issue applies across all processors since this is a card brand network issue.

Issue: There is an incident causing declines for credit transactions on the MasterCard network.

This issue has been resolved. Elavon had to reboot their systems and since everything has come back online we are not seeing any more issues with processing. Monitoring - Elavon has updated us that they had to reboot their systems due to some issues they were experiencing. This took about 45 mins to an hour to complete. All systems should be back up now and processing should be back to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation.
