Incident Report for Constellation Payments
Resolved
There was maintenance by a third party that caused multiple transactions to be declined either with "No Response" from the processor or "Processing Network Unavailable". The declines occurred between the hours of 02:00 am EST and 04:30 am EST this morning. All processing has resumed to normal. If you had a payment that was declined for one of the above reasons during this time you may resubmit this payment again.
